These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Naife concerning your access to and use of our language-learning platform. We provide services subject to your compliance with all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of the app, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your user profile.

3. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You retain full control over your profile profile data. As specified in our Privacy Policy, you have the right to permanently terminate and delete your account at any time directly through the application settings menu or by reaching out to us via our support channel. Upon processing your request, access to paid services is instantly revoked and your specific progress history is wiped from our live ecosystem.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Naife offers premium access through an auto-renewable Naife Pro Yearly subscription plan.

• Billing: Payment is securely charged directly to your Apple App Store or Google Play Account upon explicit confirmation of your purchase, depending on the platform where the application was downloaded.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of the 12-month cycle for the exact same annual price tier unless auto-renew is manually turned off at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current active period.
• Management: You can modify your subscription status, view billing cycles, or cancel your auto-renewal sequence at any time directly via your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings after purchase.

5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

All content embedded within Naife—including text structures, language assets, translations, layout imagery, software scripts, and UI logos—belongs strictly to Naife and is protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to utilize the application for private, non-commercial educational purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Naife is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our language-learning services will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or fully optimal across every operating system environment. In no event shall Naife be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential platform disruptions.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the operational right to update, modify, or temporarily adapt portions of these Terms of Use at our discretion. Your continued interactive usage of the Naife mobile application after updated conditions are published represents clear acceptance of those modified parameters.
